These terms cover lorellohouse.com and the optional Lorello SMS program. The site is a coming-soon waitlist for Lorello, a premium dinnerware brand in Miami. Questions: drew@lorellohouse.com.
The website
The waitlist is optional. Joining it does not create a purchase or a guaranteed allocation. Product images are design previews. We may update the site, the collection, or timing without notice.
Email waitlist
If you submit your email, you ask to receive Lorello waitlist and launch email. You can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by writing us. Email signup is not SMS consent.
Lorello SMS Terms
Program name: Lorello Alerts (Lorello / Lorello House)
Description: Recurring texts from Lorello about waitlist and launch access, product drops, order/shipping updates, and first-party dinnerware offers. Messages come only from Lorello, not from other brands or affiliates.
Consent: You are not required to agree to SMS to join the email waitlist or to buy. SMS consent is optional and separate. Checking the SMS box (or texting JOIN) is your express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Lorello at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies. Up to 4 messages per month.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Text STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. You may also text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

No third-party marketing: Lorello does not share, sell, or provide mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy or sell leads.
Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers include major US carriers. Program available on US mobile numbers.
The collection and intellectual property
Lorello names, marks, and plate designs are ours. Do not copy them without permission.
