Information we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit, the time of signup, and any UTM parameters on the link you used. We use this to confirm you are on the list and to send waitlist and launch updates.
If you opt in to SMS, we also collect your mobile phone number and your messaging consent so we can send the Lorello SMS program described in our Terms.
We may collect basic site analytics (pages viewed, device type) to keep the site working. We do not sell personal information.

If you opt in to SMS from Lorello (Lorello House) at lorellohouse.com, we collect your mobile phone number and your messaging consent so we can send the Lorello SMS program described in our Terms.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may share your number with vendors who process messages solely to deliver this program (for example our SMS provider). Those vendors may not use your number for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Email waitlist
Waitlist email is separate from SMS. You can join the email list without agreeing to texts. We use your email only to send Lorello waitlist, launch, and product updates, and to operate the list.

The site may use first-party analytics (including Vercel Insights) to understand traffic. These tools are for operating the site, not for selling ads.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist and SMS records until you ask us to delete them, or until the program ends. Email drew@lorellohouse.com to access, correct, or delete your information, or to opt out of email.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Material SMS changes will be reflected in the campaign and on this page before we keep texting.
